Our Story

Oak Valley Woodworks was born out of passion. It all started with Paul Farley who picked up woodworking as a hobby in early 2020. A COVID hobby you could call it. As his skills developed and the work began not sucking, it actually started to get good. Some would call it great. Custom furniture and general woodworking project requests started coming in. As more and more requests came in, Oak Valley Woodworks came to life.

Our motto is simple, we are who we are. We build cool things out of wood. We don’t have a large shop in an independent location. The work is done in Paul’s basement shop. Now, don’t let us fool you, we have the tools and know how to produce the same quality items as larger companies.

We are located in Jackson Township, Ohio (Massillon/Canton area) and proudly serve all of northeast Ohio. Since we are a small company, we currently only take on limited clientele. Our preferred clients are those who have a creative vision but also have trust in our creative nature. The unique solid wood furniture that we build is expansive.
